Laura: Hi I’m Laura Cox from Acupuncture and Wellness of Wisconsin! Today on the show, we’re going to focus on the benefit of a healthy routine! An example could include daily walks, committing to a routine of exercise, cooking at home, this is up for interpretation and what you feel will best work for your business!

Laura: I'm a big advocate for spending time outside, because being able to listen to nature with an occasional car coming by, allows me to take a physical step back from my work. I can enjoy nature for what it is and relax knowing that while I'm busy with work, I can still find time to appreciate my surroundings.

Laura: Sometimes I will find myself by the flower garden not too far from my home and enjoy the colorful assortment. It can also be relaxing to see how the seasons are changing and we're that much closer to the summer. By being able to commit to this throughout the week, you can feel yourself relax and get back to work feeling energized.
